During an exclusive interview with Xinhua, Wang said the United States has launched a global campaign against a private Chinese company without any solid evidence, calling the move a textbook example of bullying.
"All issues can be put on the table for discussion," Wang said.
China's economy has become more intertwined with the world, as shown by the remarkable increase in imports and exports in June, and growing trade with partners such as the ASEAN and the Belt and Road countries.
